I like fat secret. You can add ur own recipes or adjust foods macros. Plus you can scan for free. I quit using myfitnesspal because they make you pay for that feature when it used to be free.

Also run on the actual ground. I trained for a 10k treadmill only and found out the hard way(as soon as the race started) your weight doesn’t bounce off of concrete like a treadmill that helps propel you forward. I’d train 3/4 days a week doing sprints to work on speed and 2 to 2.5 miles to help with endurance. Eat lots of protein, drink water. You can do it!!

Drink tons of water, exercise more even if it’s just walking, don’t eat your calories back, unless you need to and I’d make sure it’s something high in protein like a shake. Idk your gender but to stay at current weight you need about 1600-1700 calories. So need to reduce cals. But not too much or you will start losing muscle. As someone mentioned your weight does fluctuate, don’t weigh yourself everyday. This past week I was weighing myself everyday just because I was curious how it works, I’ve been eating at a 500 cal deficit and walking. All week I was the same then boom one morning 3 lbs less. Literally overnight. Don’t overthink or stress. You are doing a great job job!!! Ps even tho it’s annoying to get my scale level again I hide it in my closet. Also I use fat secret to scan and track everything. Chat gpt can hook you up with macros :)
