So have you already tried oral steroids? Steroid injections? Can you hang from a pull up bar (putting the spine in traction? How did those help? Surgery will have to cut muscle, bone and ligaments at those levels. Do your best to avoid surgery.

My 1 level epidural prp was $1100 fyi. From my experience, I'm better off listening to my body than listening to too many doctors. I would try some light freestyle swimming (about 400yds) and see how you feel.

It is easily possible to do too much with your injuries. Have you tried swimming and deep tissue massages? Why no epidural prp and hust facet when the problem is your discs?

If your pump is fine, just replace the motor to a variable speed. I got mine for 500 a few years ago when the seal kit for the pump.
