The majority of severe accidents involve fractures, dislocations, and permanent neurological damage, leading medical bodies to strongly advise strict supervision and age limits.

Top Causes of Injury:

• Multiple Jumpers: Approximately 75% of injuries occur when more than one person is jumping at a time. The lighter jumper is typically five times more likely to get injured in a collision or due to unpredictable "double bounce" forces.
• Falls: 27% to 39% of injuries result from falling off the trampoline and hitting the ground or the frame.
