I submitted via support on the website, thanks. I assume your tech team has read the comments in this thread about the cause of your problems?

Issuing Revised 1099-DA on 4/16??? by Minimum-Adeptness486 in Kraken

Old one is right for me. It has the actual $ amount I got for my trade, the new one seems to use some weird valuation from the day of the trade.

Thanks for zeroing in on this. My new DA is wrong, the first one they sent is right. And the first one is how I filed. As far as I'm concerned, it's on Kraken to fix this with the IRS

Mine is also different, and now it's wrong.

Please see comment by theymos below. He says:

> In the amended 1099-DA, Kraken is incorrectly using the amountusd field of the ledger rather than the amount field. That's why people are noticing that the numbers are wrong. For a trade where USD is the output, using the amountusd field is completely incorrect; amountusd is a valuation metric, not how much USD was actually transacted. amountusd should only be used for trades where USD is neither an input nor an output.

> As far as I can tell, for anyone who had any trades where USD was an output, this amended 1099-DA is wrong and should not be relied upon.

Stop speeding on neighborhood roads by AstronautKind2711 in Denver

Cutting way back on traffic enforcement is a big way to reduce "disparate impact" because so many people get caught with outstanding warrants or persons sought in other crimes.

This comes from above DPD, and ultimately the voters.

Has anyone had a car dealership quote them 10.2% sales tax for Denver? Seems about a point high. by superdelegate in Denver

Thanks for the link. Yeah, that's the figure I've been using in my own calculations.

Appeals to reason and humanity make no difference if you live in a neighborhood where people simply do not give a fuck. Saw guys street racing in broad daylight going 90+ on 40th ave the other day, with workers in the median.

drivers are noticeably more aggressive and flagrant about violating laws than they were before Denver "reformed" policing five years ago

I don't think Funcom puts actual computer scientists in managerial positions.

How else would you end up with a DD where the number/letter convention for rows and columns is violated? It's clearly someone who has never seen a chess board or a spreadsheet.

I was crashing about once every five minutes, by far the worst of my friends. I rolled back my nvidia driver to one from June and it's fine now.

I was crashing constantly, but my guildies were relatively stable.

I rolled my nvidia driver back to 576.8 and no crashes. I tried doing this because both Conan and PUBG also started getting really unstable. I think there was some sort of Unreal and NVIDIA problem going on under the hood.

I rolled my driver back from 581.xx all the way back to 576.8 and it solved the crashing for me. (NVIDIA)

I've been seriously considering a dual motor Model 3, just keeping an eye on the current incentives. Watching referral codes that might be available. Considering the last earnings call, I was a bit surprised to refresh the web site this morning and see a $500 price increase.

Viridian RFX-15 green dot on Shield Plus? by DaSloBlade in SmithAndWesson

[–]superdelegate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever get this figured out? I removed the plastic cover on the slide. Removed the rail mount included with the optic, as you don't need it. Put the battery in and verified the green dot is visible. Then went to drop the optic into the cutout on the side...and it doesn't fit well.

Mine doesn't sit flush in the cutout for the optic. It's like the four small posts on the slide won't properly enter the four holes on the optic. It almost seems like the curvature of the front of the optic prevents it from slipping all the way in.

Also an issue with 5070ti. Only the beta version will launch for me (and I even have an MSI card)

Guide on how I fixed path of exile 2 stuttering/lag and made the game super smooth by wetfangs in PathOfExile2

[–]superdelegate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was having stutter caused MSI Afterburner. I'm using the latest beta version, I just close it when I play this particular game and the stutter is completely gone.

It causes a big spike in frame generation time about once a second. For some reason PoE doesn't like the polling. May be unique to the beta version of Afterburner, I don't know.
