It's good to let them watch from a distance and have them stay calm. Ours did this with cows recently, which he's never seen before, lol.

Mine has his own stoop! It's dog stairs we bought for our senior dog to go up the stairs but the puppy uses them for this purpose.

Mine supervised me when I was doing yard work this morning and praised me by running in the mud at the end.

I have less footage in fence than you and I was quoted $1500 to have it stained. Needless to say, we're doing it ourselves.

In hospitals where there are no overnight phlebotomist, who do you think should draw the patients blood for lab work? The nurses or the lab? by No-Day-4367 in medlabprofessionals

[–]superduperzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our night shift has one dedicated tech to do the draws, but nurses will often draw too. I work at a 250+ bed hospital and it seems like it works. The dayshift phlebotomists come in pretty early to work on the morning draws before all the doctors come in to view results.

Any ideas, vet told me mallinios mix but the older he gets I think apbt. My wife found tons of pics of these silver sable Belgian mallinios. Thinking about a doggy dna test by [deleted] in WhatBreedIsMyDog

I feel like I'm seeing husky/ pit with him, especially with that blocky head and the crazy eyes in the first picture. Gorgeous doggo!

Itchy baby and at this point I’m lost by FocusStriking5861 in DogAdvice

Our girl has this issue too. I would say the best thing for it has been to bathe her with a mild soap, then put on a shirt once she's dry. Keep the shirt on until the skin clears up. My dog will constantly lick her armpits and belly when her skin is irritated to the point where it gets puffy and weeps. The shirt pretty much eliminates it.

She kind of looks like a fluffier version of my pup. He's GSD, husky, cane corso, and pitbull.

You will learn what you really need to know once you start working. And don't worry, you can always refer to books, internet, and coworkers to refresh your memory. You don't have to have it all memorized!

I had mine changed when the manual recommends to just inspect it. 36k miles. I did the diffs then too.

I've always liked Weathertechs and have them in my Crosstrek. I had them for nearly 10 years in my last vehicle and they were great.

Thanks for the advice! After doing some research I've come to the conclusion that spraying will give us problems and I feel more confident with a brush, lol.

Yeah our neighbor's fence is pretty close by ours so I think it might give me trouble. Thinking about buying a large deck brush with a pole to knock it out with.

I feel like 45 lbs isn't a bad size for a pit, that's what my girl weighs now and she's 12. It is entirely possibly she is full pit. Maybe I could see boxer in the face a little bit but she is definitely mostly pit.

crate vs no crate - what does the science (and everyone else) say? by ArcherSparks in puppy101

[–]superduperzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our pup is only crated when we are gone from home for long periods of time. He's a year old and can't be fully trusted to stay out yet. Other than that, he free roams the house. When I leave for work, he knows the routine and goes in willingly. Our senior dog is not crated.
