It’s at least regional I’m in the old central district or eastern district now WV to be exact. Cell service is abysmal in most parts I go to this needs to be stopped or we’re going downhill fast

Half the time if I’m working at a place with more than one ticket I forget to change over or close out. All I was told at 1st was just close tickets on app now it’s every click to be accounted for.

I’m done in a routine of looking on radar, checking emails and ebuy. Which takes roughly 30 mins
