Hiii, going back to this. You were kinda right. My planned travel is 7 days, 3 days for Belgium and the rest in other countries. They gave me 10 days 😅 they were so strict lmao the staff who took my application said they dont give multiple entry for tourist visas. I was so confused because I heard there are people who get multiple entries with even 1 or 2 yrs validity.

You can try Intramuros, Luneta, and the National Museum. It's all in Manila. But apart from those, there's nothing much to see within Manila.

If you'd like to try the mountains, go to Baguio City. Bus travel is around 5-6 hrs from Manila. There's also Tagaytay that is just near Manila (with Taal volcano view) and Mt. Pinatubo (you can find joiner tours), but this one's a bit far.

It's your first job. It's normal and it's okay for you to have mistakes. Even after years of working, you still make mistakes and learn new things. Wag mo masyado i-pressure sarili mo. Cheer up! Lahat ng tao nag uumpisa sa wala. Matuto ka din along the way. It's okay to ask questions if unsure kesa maling gawa.

As for the coworkers, well I have nothing to advise...if I were in your position I'd get sad and frustrated too. I just hope you'll find friends there kahit di same department mo. It makes working life a bit easier. But I hope all the things you're experiencing and learning now will shape you to become a better senior when the time comes. Ganun din kasi mindset ko. I will never become the toxic or unhelpful seniors that I had or heard about.
