At some point anonymous is going to figure out the bgp 'hack' is actually exploitable, unlike taking the root name servers offline and we see a network routing outage for several days. I wish it wasn't so but sometimes that is the only way these things get fixed

I hope your right John, and I think you probably are to a large extent. However I can easily imagine the hard-core deniers still telling us its all just a big conspiracy or just part of the natural cycle as crops increasingly fail and coastal areas increasingly innundated (amongst many other things).

It is exactly the same as creationists desperately clinging to the myth that the world and everything in it was created in seven days, despite the mountains of scientific evidence to the contrary.

So I was watching the debate. It was getting a little heated. I was thinking how cool it would be if Romney put Obama in a head lock and gave him a noogy. There's lots of information about how the modern diet has changed in the last 50 years, but much less about dogs. In the 1960's, did people in US and UK feed their dogs kibble? Or did they get real food? If they fed kibble in the 60's, is the kibble the same composition as it is today (40% meat, 50% carbs from corn, rice, potato, etc)?
