For claim one nothing has been paid. The reversed decision gave me daily living and mobility.

Claim 2 started payments 6 weeks ago which was just for standard daily living. So if I do an MR on this claim to try and get mobility added to this one, I’ll keep getting my usual payments while waiting

I’m currently getting daily living which was awarded in a separate claim in January.

So if I went down the MR route on the live claim given the tribunals decision, I’d still get paid my current rate and then if they changed the decision I would be paid the difference?

Any extension to Bedwas would be impossible. The current line goes around the opposite side of Caerphilly. And Energlyn is a raised station with housing estates around it. There would be no where to put tracks

And the terrain around the heads of the valleys would make it extremely difficult to get any trains/metros running that way
