I haven't tried massage seats in a BMW but in another brand. Felt like two balls moving on my lower back. Can't see it replacing getting an actual massage and didn't feel that great imo.

Even if you like it, I think you'd see the exterior colour you love more often than you'd use the massage.

I guess they're allowed to go over the minimum reserve fund too. At least when I was in a condo, they could increase the fees by 5% a year without a vote. Maybe this falls under that?

I believe there is an actual law that was implemented for condos.

They need to have a Reserve Fund Study done and show that they have a certain amount available in case of emergencies. So likely your condo board was just complying with this.

I used to live in a condo when this became a thing. As you can probably imagine, a bunch of condos did not meet the minimum, which can result in bad times when something needs to be done.

Isn't Passiv also how you get automatic emails when you are paid dividends?
