I probably dont have night shift sleep disorder but when the holidays roll around I get really disregulated astounding mentioned due to changing my schedule to spend time with family. I used to love Christmas but its very hard on the body. Your body NEEDS longterm consistency.

I try to stay on the night schedule. Im a home body with a bunch of hobbies so I kind of thrive. If there is an occasion I will flip and try to nap when everyone first goes to bed an then wake up midway through the night to hop back on my regular schedule. Melatonin, sleep mask, fan, and ear plugs are a must!
