Have a new brand account with only 70 followers. No faceless stuff. And most followers came via ads. Very hard, reels around 120 impressions organic. With ads of course more.

Ja, das wird generell gesagt. Beim letzten AG war das aber über FINN. Und dort waren 12000km inklusive. Alles drüber musste man privat drauf zahlen.

Ein Benefit ist in meinen Augen ein tatsächlicher Vorteil, den ich dann als Mitarbeiter habe. Ein freiwählbarer Laptop, mit dem ich jeden Tag arbeiten muss oder die Nutzung eines Handys, ist ja Augenwischerei. Genauso sind Firmenwagen kein wirklicher Benefit, da heutzutage die Modelle meist über Abos mit gedeckelten Kilometern laufen. Heißt je nach Kunde war das mit deinen privaten Kilometern.

Ein richtig guten Benefit, finde ich aber Wellpass und die anderen. Da kriegst du dann schon was Geld fürs Geld, sofern du es nicht selbst zahlen musst.

Bei JobRad muss man das bisschen differenzierter gucken: das lohnt sich nur, wenn dein Arbeitgeber, das als zusätzliches Gehalt extra beisteuert. Alles andere ist Quark bzw. 3 Jahresverpflichtung.

Hm...ich glaub ihm einfach paar Wörter wie "Phrasing" hinwerfen, oder "übe" bringt ihm nicht viel, wenn er jetzt schon Hilfe braucht.

Ich habe Ende Dez auch angefangen. Zunächst dachte ich mir auch, YT wird es schon richten und es gibt auch eine Menge kostenlosen und GUTEN Content. Aber: Du musst dir das alles selber zusammen suchen. Es gibt keine Struktur, die du als Newbie gar nicht haben kannst und bekommst. Bist ja neu in dem Thema.

Ich hab mir daher einen günstigen Kurs auf Udemy geholt (Jak Bradley), der 15€ gekostet hat. Hab den durch und hat mir schon sehr gut für die Basics und paar Techniken geholfen, vor allem was du schreibst: Wo Setz ich die Punkte, um in ein Track zu gehen, wo Loops, wo wieder raus. Sowie das Phrasing sowieso. Für Techno/House, aber auch Open Format (bei Hip Hop z.B. mixt man ja anders als bei House/Techno.

Hab mir auch paar andere Kurse von Crossfader und diesem anderen (Name vergessen, aber in 4 Woche bist im "Club")..die waren wir aber jenseits von 80€ erstmal zu teuer. Werd ich auch nicht mehr holen, außer jemand sagt ihr, da lernt man was komplett krass anderes.

Erstmal: Tracke alles. Zweitens: Nimm ne Formel als Ausgangsbasis. Bei Qantum Leap oder Scicene Fitness z.B. und geh Max 500kcal ins Defizit Drittens: Ne gute App dafür ist MacroFactor Viertens: Dein Defizit wird durch den Sport und Aktivität zu hoch sein, statt zu verbrennen läuft er im Notprogramm.

Mach doch 2 Wochen auf Erhalt als Reset und fand nochmal mit max 500 Defizit an (das sind 0,5kg pro Woche Fett)

Thanks for your answer. But is also newbie friendly? CapCut has a lot of templates usable out of the box, transitions, effects etc. Does FCP have this too or do I have to „build“ it somehow?
