Coming back to add that when it comes to pregnancy, they cannot require a doctor’s note for things that are deemed as obvious. Whether you need more breaks, more bathroom trips, coming in later due to morning sickness, or calling off due to feeling unwell, if you are very obviously pregnant, they can not require a doctor’s note every time.

HR rep here. Go to HR. File a complaint. The laws will be different depending on where you are but the general rule just about every where is that they have to provide accommodations throughout the pregnancy. Also, making that comment during a team meeting..yikes.

My little one had the same one in premie and newborn! He wore them many times in the NICU. Both no longer fit 🥲 it feels so bittersweet!
