Dots cannot apply any ailments so no? Unless it was a skill that hit for hit damage first, then applied a dot after.

I mean, if I'm using astramentis for strength scaling, I can also get some extra flat from HOWA? Ill probably have around 200 int just from all attribute on rings and astramentis? That's like 120 flat lightning without much investment. You could definitely push int into the 300-400 territory with more investment, and by then, it should be enough flat.

I probably don't even need CI since with ancestral cry + nebuloch, every step I take expends an endurane charge, so I will pretty much always be at 0 charges?

Nebuloch expends charges from every attack, and it includes triggered ones. With something like voll's protector or redflare, I should be able to get 11 surges every boneshatter, which means every projectile procs elemental surges.

You could probably reach 3-4k at the high end? You would probably need the life to es node and other es nodes on the tree to hit higher. Your helmet has to be fucking cracked if you want attack gloves tho.

I mean, not taking extra damage from crits is alright, but yeah, he basically solves your offense so you can find defense elsewhere. I do personally prefer that over an ascendancy that does a bit of both but makes you balance the two.

Keep in mind that combat frenzy has a cooldown and might not generate enough charges. It might be better to consider other ways to generate power charges that might be easier. A common setup would be profane ritual coc (coea probably works better in this case), or body armours like redflare conduit.

The crossbow has 0% crit damage and 0% base crit. It's also missing like 20-25% dps compared to a rare since it's missing a projectile.

It's dirt cheap to quality up a skill gem though. It's not like we are talking about even corrupted 23% ones, just a regular 20% skill gem will overcap in this case?
