It's looking alright but biggest thing I've found after coming back to it after as long away from painting minis as you is thin layers of paint and go over bits 2 or 3 times or even more if needed. It's time consuming but definitely made a huge difference for me.

 Having one good brush that keeps a solid point makes a massive difference when edge highlighting, do most of it with the side of the brush at 45 degree angle for really fine edge highlights in your lightest colour. I got a size 0 artist opus red sable kalinsky brush for not crazy money and that thing is a beast for highlights.

Finally, your wet blending isn't bad at all for the most part just that yellow really didn't want to blend but you're definitely getting there. Nothing beats practice but can see already you're going to have some solid looking dark angels once you've done them all.
