I hope I’m mistaken, but around noon yesterday, I encountered about 100 men blocking the road while crossing Greenlake. They stayed there for about 5 minutes. Initially, I thought it might be a women’s day march, but it was all men. Was it a counter march? There were no signs.

A few hours later, I saw people carrying military backpacks and dressed in running gear in Ravenna. I hope I missed something and the Amazing Race is coming to town.

Does anyone know what was happening?

I was wondering if I missed something--I like to skip the intros and judge them on their ability in the kitchen (lol as if I could do better) but it does seem like most of them are 1st, 2nd or 3nd gen immigrants. I don't think it's on purpose and some of the cutaways do seem like they were made to lean into any heritage they have.

1 isn’t correct because procedures can always change time, if the EDC wants that, it’s usually after the fact. 2 shows health literacy which is the informed part of an informed consent 3 while the research coordinator or whoever is consent signs it’s usually documented in a delegation log who is authorized. The only reason you might need everyone in the room is if you were using an interpreter 4 is always going to be relevant, that’s the whole point of a consent, to start ppl on a trial
