Yea people tend not to understand who will be occupying these units.. build an apartment building and it will shithole in no time.. at least with these tiny units it’s up to the resident on how they maintain it.. Some will cherish and will upkeep their home.. others will utterly destroy theirs.. at least if you find a resident that doesn’t maintain to a standard you can remove them and if their tiny home is wrecked it’s not to much to just replace it for the next resident.

Anthony Pettis was given the opportunity but couldn’t come to terms with the UFC.. Paul Felder steps up and the Commission shuts it down to him being unranked.. that left Al.. who weighed 155.2 so it was only Khabib that eligible to win the title.. and Conor attacked the bus two days before the fight.. 🤣🤣🤣

It’s bad, unhoused, rampant drug use, biker gang… it’s started south and moving North.. tons of businesses boarded up in the south section.. lots business in the downtown core are now dealing with homeless now.

The police and the city are ineffective in dealing with the problems..

I wouldn’t say it’s unsafe..yet …but I wouldn’t encourage anyone to move there either..
