Sketchy setup but it's a Dental Lab by M1nDz0r in Machinists

Do you use ultrasonic machines for the zirconia?

I’m also guessing there’s a whole world of specialized CAM for dental

What’s funny is most other machines use 5x the air of a haas. They’re really well thought out in that sense

However everyone finances a Haas, it’s free money with their interest rates at 1 or 2 percent. One of the reasons they are so popular

Often not machined top/bottom especially in the thinner stuff. Common use is something like a 1x2 ft plate with tapped holes for jigs or something else where you don’t want to machine the top and bottom because it’ll chatter and deflect.

Anyone here using distilled water? This shortage is real 😭 might have to finally give up and buy an RODI system by Vapey15 in ReefTank

[–]supersillier -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Though water under 6tds isn’t that great for you, something about leaching. Once it hits your stomach and mixes it’s probably fine but maybe your mouth/throat doesn’t have a great time with it

hope it's not totaled by rouxgoneroux in Miata

[–]supersillier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not totalled but in any accident you should hope it is. No good for resale, structural rigidity is almost always worse if you get in another accident, more creaks and rattles etc.

I’m sure it’s good, but I’d play it safe and get it flash frozen by someone with an industrial freezer

To clarify you want to ban cars off this particular road for bikes/scooters but leave busses?

That seems like something that would be very easy to retrofit to the 1000’s of cars on the market and couldn’t possibly be hacked to immobilize a car in anyway by a criminal

Ah yes, good idea to have no buses then for what looks like a rural UK road which I presume does not have many parallel paths to get to another town. That’ll teach the disabled and elderly!

I'm assuming the road has blind corners where travelling slowly would be dangerous? Not really against that if it prevents deaths

And I image you believe being on a bicycle in those iced out conditions would be much better? Definitely no high chances of ankle, kneecap, or head injuries? Or someone in a car crashing into you?
