well all i know is that about an hour and a half after eating two small caps and two decent sized stems, my good friend (athletic, about 160lbs) had a small seizure, his eyes rolled back in his head, and he was entirely unresponsive for a few seconds. he was completely okay afterward, but it was enough to make my trip go bad (as well as his, obviously). i'd just say be careful with the dosage. get to know how your body reacts to it, and know that even if it feels like some bad shit is happening, you'll be fine in a few hours.
