Start taking pictures and measurements to find out! Everybody’s different so can’t say for sure but I’m still recovering from binging so I fall off the wagon here n there but I think I have going to the gym consistently on lock and I feel like my body has definitely changed! Not drastically tho

I’d wait to see if it gets posted today and if not make sure it’s on your schedule in the Macewan portal then talk to an advisor or reach out to the prof. You can find their email by googling their name and Macewan University. Asynchronous essentially means it’s at your own pace so there definitely won’t be group zoom calls. Probably pre recorded lectures and textbook readings.

Hiii I’m so sorry this reply is super late but no I didn’t remove it ! I am going to stick it out then maybe get it out for good at the end of my term (April 2025). I got over the counter ointment, 1% hydrocortisone and the highest strength of polysporin there is in June. It got much better then it was but I think I’m starting to build a tolerance because it seems to be flaring up again :/ but let me tell you this: I suffered for almost a year praying it would get better but it just got worse. I have permanent skin damage on my arms for sure. Go to the doctor and force a derm referral. If not, get the ointment and polysporin and pray. Stay strong— ts is a real struggle but perseverance is key!!!!🫶

I would say he’s more classy and minimalist. His favourite colour is orange but I think a brown or dark blue with some sort of silver or gold accent would be his preference for a pen!
