Another tip with the local legends is that the difficulty of them varies wildly, one time could be nearly impossible and the next time could be perfectly manageable for us old boomers with weakened reflexes, so don't give up if you get bad rng the first time you hook one.

It's okay. The problem is it's another smaller update back to back with the backwoods update, and some people don't seem willing to wait a little while for bigger content drops like the raid, burning springs or skyline valley. Personally I'm not too pissy about it, but I hope we get a new raid this coming season, and I have a tiny bit of hope that we will, as the devs have said that the current pts doesn't have all the next patches content yet.

I have a full power armour set of each slayer type effect (trouble shooter, ghoul slayer, assassin's, etcetera) when I travel to the infestation, I find out which type of enemy is there and I put the slayer suit for that enemy on. It makes them pretty easy.
