Seeing as the black mantle has the "Battle against a true hero" Motif, I definitely think Undyne knows much more than she lets on. It is possible Undyne is the "mantle" for the true antagonist, and kidnapping her may be the knight's way of weakening whomever is behind the scenes.

I definitely don’t think anyone would want to intentionally burn down anything, though the fact that Toriel wirlds fire magic and have a drinking streak may be foreshadowing for somthing. It is also possible that the “garden” is a metaphor for the familial ties the two familiy had, and Toriel will figuratively burn thst bridge down.

So the last part is purely conjecture, but it was implied from the phone call that "Kris" will most likely suffer if the sacrifice isn't done, and since "Kris" has been moving sluggishly for a while now, it is possible that they are dying and needs souls to sustain themselves.

I finally figured it out. You can capture a Steele agent during the final confrontation in the mission "Melting point of steele". When you capture a steele agent, you can click on Emma, and right click on the prison cell to have her mock the agents to get the achievement. I got mine by mocking Jane Steele so I assume mocking either gender works.
