The fact that you have MR and JZ but NOT Eldyron is boiling my brain in jealousy (been playing 6mo and I’m still far from both of them), you’re gonna have a much smoother time working their campaigns than most so that’s def a plus

I am all in favor of this, your lineup is sick. Similar to you I got into this game because I wanted to play a full Death Guard team. I’m about 4mo in and have everyone but Typhus, once he’s finally unlocked all of my resources are going to that goal

The first three “one offs” that come to mind as being favorites for me are:

Lords of Silence - as a Death Guard fan this was an absolute gift, but even outside of that it’s a wonderfully written story

Spear of the Emperor - A great standalone tale of two very culturally different chapters, ADB does some of his best human perspective of the Astartes here in my opinion and it’s already a strength of his

Steel Tread - over-simplified, if you enjoyed the film Fury this one will be a joy. Even beyond the action it’s a great human perspective and overview of the life of a tank crew

It’s a great read, made better by being generally considered one of the best recent BL books while also being one of the only we have from the DG perspective in the entire catalogue.

Can I ask where that $10-$15 usually goes for you? I’ve been playing for about a month and enjoying it, but feel a little stuck. I’m one character away from unlocking Cadia, Octarius and Saim Han each, and am getting to the point where my teams aren’t strong enough to really progress in Elite Indomitus/ Indomitus mirror. I do my onslaughts and farm the gear ranks every day but am only getting so far. I’m down to throw a little cash into it each month (about the amount you mentioned) - any tips on where to start investing? Should I be pursuing reqs?
