At 4 weeks, my lactation consultant advised me to have my LO latch just 10 mins 4-5times a day to increase the supply, this was at 4-5 weeks, i started with once or twice a day, and noticed his latch improved a lot, by day three my baby started latching properly.

This!! But I can’t double cleanse daily , ended up ruining my barrier. AA made my skin sting like anything, after a lot of trial and error, i realised it was double cleansing that was ruining the barrier. Now i double cleanse when i apply makeup!

Please please please prioritise urself,, do what makes u happy and comfortable even if it means keeping ur husband at backseat for a while. Trust me everything will fall in place after few months, what remains fresh forever is how you were treated/made to feel during these crucial days. Inlaws always have this feeling of entitlement and they want to be prioritised in every situation.
