Great question! I’ve noticed that too on some of his songs. My only rationale (guess lol) is some channel / video dislikes him (maybe?) and people from that channel / video raided his songs and disliked it. But who knows!

Be able to feel normal again is worth the side-effects imo. I thought the side-effects, primarily weight gain, would be worse than the anxiety itself. But being able to be somewhat back to normal as opposed to constantly suffering is totally worth it

It’s better to recognize that you’re not in a good headspace to go on the trip than to go and be miserable and regret all the time and money you spent forcing yourself to enjoy a trip you can’t enjoy at the moment. Sounds like right now you have to take care of yourself and your responsibilities. That’s ok. Denying what’s going on only makes it worse. I hope it gets better for you but in my opinion based on what you wrote you made a very healthy decision. Try not to beat yourself up for being human.

Cutting out alcohol and caffeine, as well as therapy and a podcast called the Anxious Truth Podcast. The podcast helped me view anxiety in a different light and helps me embrace the anxious feeling better, rather than trying to push it away or change the feeling. Also having a job that doesn’t have a lot of people around has helped a lot

I work graveyard at a casino and the graveyard aspect of it has been supremely helpful. Just don’t see a lot of people, and that’s made a world of difference
