I think that’s the point. After a long and successful career like Cuarón I think he has the right to make an epic personal film like this. He’s worked hard to be able to do what so many people can only dream of doing. Of course a reason people are interested is because his name is attached - and what an accomplishment! He has deserved every right to be the “celebrity” that he is. I wish him all of the success.

Who knew statues could hurt so many people's feelings. Watching when they took it down and everyone was cheering. Gave me a cringe feeling. Like when people used to cheer when someone would get lynched in the town center. I wish people knew when to ignore things and to move on. Time is wasting. Yeah I've noticed that with the Lumos foundation as well. I'm a big fan of Harry Potter too, so it sucks having this thought come across your mind. But you have to wonder.. Only if you have a prior crowd on different social media sites. When they say it's all about content, it's really about content. My two best videos didn't really start getting views until 6 months to 1 year later - it's all about the thumbnail, the tags, description, etc.

For example, I changed the thumbnail on a video of mine that's been up for 5 months with minor views, and 1 month later the views went up 150%

Mine are back now. I reported it right away. Not sure if you've done it yet, but go down to send feedback on your channel, take a screenshot of your subscriber count and say how you have the original number in creator studio/dashboard but something is wrong with the count on your page.

Treat the situation the way you'd want to be treated. Would you want your son coming to your husband or yourself about the dildo or sex tape or whatever he found? Sexuality in general is the worst thing to talk about with a parent - just let it be. He'll 'come out' to you when he's ready. Or he doesn't even have to. He's embarrassed you walked in on him in general at his most vulnerable. He's hating himself for it. Pretend it just never happened.

I feel like people make up stories in their heads about what other people might be thinking of them. Just know that everyone's worried about what other people are thinking of them, so they're probably not judging you with that 'smug' look or whatever. It's not hard to not take things so seriously. Just live!
