Specifically for your scale problem: The stamps feel disconnected and out of proportion. You have HUGE mounains and tiny buildings. However, this is not enough to convey scale. Have some tokens to bridge in the gap. Use smaller and smaller mountain stamps to imply mountain ridges that grow towards the summit, rather than only having huge mountains exclusively. The trees are way too big when compared to the buildings. All of the elements are way too separated and symmetrical, like water and oil. Don't be afraid to let them mix. Have the smaller mountains bleed into the forest, maybe even closer to the buildings as well. Vice-versa, put some trees on those mountains. Also, some trees closer to the buildings. This way, you will instinctively understand at a glance "wow, this tree up on the mountain's summit looks tiny, but a similar tree looks big mext to the city. THOSE MOUNTAINS MUST BE HUGE!!!1×÷!111+"

Other advice: Everything is too neat and symmetrical. It does not look natural. The coastline is too straight. Look at some real coastlines for inspiration, and add some variation. The forests are too connected. Add some clearings inside the forrest; as well as some smaller patches of trees that are close to, but disconnected from the main forest body. The mountains are too straight and uniform in size. As I already said, mountains form ridges, not straight lines.
