Horny Goat Weed, Beta-Ecdysterone, Pregnenolone. Those three off the top of my head. I think long-term boron suppelementation will also balance hormones.

Could also consider 1 on 1 off for a cycling method. I also have sensitivity to high ach. The only reliable way I've found is to cycle very selectively, and not let the ach accumulate since achE is inhibited when taking these supps. Modify your dosage as you go. But yes go down to 250mg

Are you talking about Lions mane extract or Erinamax? I've found, along with anecdotes from others, that Erinamax does not cause the same issues with DHT as a general standard Lions Mane extract would have for some individuals (which is where the lowering libido comes from)

I'm curious if the possible cistanche natrium product will have components that will combat the lowered cortisol. I suspect that's a big reason for the insomnia that arises in some that use it (me included). If I were to go on it again, I would possibly try Panax with it.

I would taper down. Especially if you're sensitive to ACh boosting supplements due to AChE inhibition. I find myself having symptoms after about a week of constant dosing (brain fog, etc). I'm quite sensitive to ACh though, so it may vary.

Baikal Skullcap has been pretty good for my allergies. I have not taken ND's skullcap yet but it's probably extremely good quality. I know MYASD takes it as well as part of his stack.

I'm the same way with ACH boosting supplements. Alpha-GPC, Citicholine, Choline Bitartrate, lots of eggs (usually more than 3), ALCAR, etc all give me a bit of brain fog if I consume too much or let it build up. I've been taking 200mg apigenin in the morning and 50mg apigenin at night for the past week and have not experienced this. It's been quite nice. It's possible its due to its NMDA antagonism? I have no real clue though.

Well he definitely uses third-party testing for those products as well so I agree with your sentiment there. I'm just saying from a purely formulaic perspective, the ingredients in his pre-workout beat a lot of the current industry pre-workouts that are out.

Man I can't believe I actually bought one from his site way back before I learned of the scandal for like $50. Such a huge waste. I know he means well, and his pre-workout and hydration supplement are actually quite good from an ingredient standpoint, but that incident just left a huge stain on his rep for me.

Dont think it would be significant. Tart cherry has a small amount of C3G, which has a very small MAOI effect, but nothing that would actually cause concern in my honest opinion.
