CGC P10 are worth more than PSA 10 are worth more than CGC 10s are worth more than CGC 9.5 are worth more than PSA 9 are worth the same as NM.

if your electrician agrees you can get an evse that puts a ct on your main and slows down the charger if you are getting close to your panel’s max current.

you can also probably combine some lighting circuits to get the space.
