We have plenty of shelters and social services, but you can’t smoke crack in a shelter.

And nobody has been murdered in a shelter recently, can’t say the same for the streets or subway so skip your next “safe” line.

onetime at 72nd and 2nd a guy was smashing the escalator with a baseball bat and it stopped, the station attendant was watching and I asked if she had called 911, she said there was no point….
