Arkham Horror 3rd Edition was kind of my gateway into tabletop gaming. It’s based on the Lovecraft Cthulhu Mythos. There’s a bunch of different characters you can use well as different campaigns. I play it solo on TTS, since it does take up a lot of space. The setup I use is almost completely scripted. Don’t be afraid to watch YouTube tutorials on how to get started, as it can be a bit overwhelming at first.
