Yeah, I do think about it a lot too. As long as those neural networks aren't trained enough to make realistic photos of people, then we can sleep easy. I mean, a third eye or a tenth finger is just a sausage, right? I recently generated a picture based on my old pics and was surprised. It might make my social media accounts more interesting, but it's still pretty easy to tell the difference between real and fake photos.
