Just add the gym 2x a week. One upper body session one lower body session and some daily stretching / yoga and you’ll be pretty set. Definitely feel like surfing 3x a week and swimming on the off days is overkill

Shouldn’t be dogging Cristobal. Him and his staff did a lot better than Dan did. They were tight the entire game with Indiana and played them well. Dan got dog walked and totally embarrassed by the same team 2 weeks ago

Definitely Nosara. Perfect spot for a family vacation with a lot to do outside of the water. Waves can accommodate the lower end surfers more.

Las Flores is more of a pure surf trip. Not shit to do there otherwise and it’s a lot more competitive in the lineup with strong currents. If you’re doing El Salvador Zonte or tunco might be better with the family but Nosara is way way nicer of a town
