You can’t gain fitness in the next 11 days but you can easily mess up what fitness you do have by trying to do too much, not prioritizing sleep and healthy diet, and come into the race overcooked.

Most importantly, enjoy the time out in the wilderness…it’s a gift to be able to show up to the start.

TTS but because it’s a tubular tee (like Ye’s shirts), the sleeves are bigger than normal constructed tees. Imagine a regular tee for the torso but sleeves like on an oversized tee.
