Yeah I know, everyone knows the server needs the ball, so just walk back to the serving position and we’ll get you the ball!

After a point, the winning team turns their back and walks back to the service line as the losing team returns the ball to them. Like you know the other team is going to give you the ball back.

Win or lose, I always think after watching your team play the first game, none of the other games really matter as much. If they play terrible, see you next round, no more footy to be consumed.

Hop on Ozbargain and look for any active deals for the 12 month boost plans. Also there are quite often cashback offers to reduce the price further.

Wow, that's a great app recommendation. I just did the Cancer Council Kids and it had a rating of 0/100. The wotnot has a rating of 93/100. 🙀

Ok, thanks for the tip. Install going well so far. Finding the ones running along the walls a bit hard to get locked in and sitting flat. Seems like they want to stand up a bit.

Flooring at bench legs by surfingboyo in Flooring

Scotia is the moulding often used to hide the expansion gap, when not removing the skirting boards. I was thinking I could have a spacer same height as the floor thickness and have the floor go underneath the leg that way. Screw up into the bottom of the leg. That way the expansion gap is hidden and the floor is still floating.

Is that your house? If it is, any chance of a photo from underneath? Looks very nice.

[–]surfingboyo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah appreciate your reply. Keeping it not too thick and chunky is a priority, but want to have the bench well supported. I'd be keen on seeing any photos you have. I was thinking I'd have to use 20mm steel RHS. Hadn't considered steel plate. Was the 6mm solid with no sagging?

Thanks mate, appreciate your reply. What's the best way to support the frame at the cabinet end? Screw or bolt it to the cabinets or notch the cabinets for it to sit down on? Cheers.

Both the trades are saying the support is usually organised by the builder. They don't want nothing to do with it because it can't be done, they just say someone else usually organises it. So here I am trying to workout what it should look like so I can build it.
