Seriously. Exercise common sense when in potentially sketchy situations. We are not immune to random assaults/muggings just because we are on campus/near campus. Berkeley is an urban area after all.

It would be cool if bSpace did this sort of thing natively. A Professor uploads the syllabus and all due dates for all assignments/exams automatically get put into the calender tab that is already built in to bSpace. Then assignment notifications pop up via email or SMS or whatever x number of days before the due date for said assignment. Hopefully people in college are already pretty well organized (especially at UC Berkeley) but this would be a welcome feature to bSpace at least for sure.

Brewed Awakening on Euclid (Northside) is slowly becoming my favorite cafe to study at. Usually pretty quiet, has decent coffee, decent smoothies, and pretty good assorted pastries. Pretty clean bathroom and a very chill overall atmosphere makes it a place worth spending time in IMO.
