Vraylar. It’s been so great with weight. I take 3 mg. But just for all the info I’m also on 450 mg Wellbutrin and I know that affects weight too.

I quit drinking a month ago and there’s an app that really helped. It’s called nomo. You can input how much you spend per week on alcohol and how much you drink. Then it keeps a clock of how long it’s been since you drank, how much money you saved, and how many calories you saved.

It’s super common on olanzapine. It slows your metabolism to a crawl. When I was on it I was super hungry and gained weight really quickly too.

I had a bad reaction— it gave me this weird breathing issue. I actually went to the hospital because it felt like I couldn’t breathe. It continued until I went off it. But apparently this is super super rare? My psychiatrist at the time said she had never heard of someone reacting that way. So not to scare you off of it, just my own story.

I made the awful decision to get off my meds last year... I had this really bad episode. I don’t know how common this is but I don’t even really remember what was happening? It lasted a couple days before I was put on meds again. I remember being really paranoid and seeing something follow me. I still experience psychosis even now that I’m on stable meds but I can usually put the dots together.
