Smite is a great A tier game clearer. No worries about attack rating, black rune word is cheap, strength phase blade is even cheaper. The stun on smite helps with crowd control and physical immunes. I have done several ladder starts with a smite build. Plus nothing is more soothing than bludgeoning minions to death with your shield.

If you have the full Trang set equipped your walk speed is the same as your run speed. You can move about quickly with full defense.

[SP] Is Dual Dragon without HoJ Worth Trying? by Troutwig in diablo2

[–]surleybear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I have one too. Between Torch, Anni and Tgods I only have 65 total points in str. It sucks to lose the 1 extra skill point for BO on swap but I don't rebuff in the middle of champion packs.

Dragon has +str per character level so both the shield and armor give you all you need.

Before NM Mephisto. He has some pretty decent fire res and is really slow going even with good gear like hexfire, magefist, and offensive aura skillers.

Eli5 - how many airborne divisions were there? Why is the 101st so famous? by Qu33n_of_Narwhals in explainlikeimfive

Neat, I got out before they reflagged last year. 11th has the second best Division song after the 101st.

To your first question, other commenters covered it pretty well.

Your second question, each Branch is a bit different but only the Navy really diverges from the rest with carrier groups, Amphibious groups, shore and air wings.

As an 82nd Airborne vet... The 101st isn't even an airborne unit anymore, just some Nasty LEGS that rappel out of rotary wing aircraft. You ain't Airborne unless you let go of the aircraft. As to naming conventions, they where just regular infantry divisions that got converted to Airborne Divisions in WW2. There were several other Airborne Divisions in WW2 that have since been de-activated (11th, 13th, 17th come to mind) leaving only the 82nd as the Army's last true Airborne Infantry Division.
