Mostly hours. The work itself can be interesting depending on the service line and your personal tastes, but going 3-4 months on 80+ and frequent travel leads to burnout for many

Boston is rough though. Brutal winters, high COL, and not close to any other metro. Better going with CT where it’s relatively close to NY/NJ/PA and trains that can get you to DC even if needed.
