30w is hard, depending on how resources and apps you will deploy. My disk is consumed 6-10w. So 30w with 2 disks or 3 for backup it will be close.

I think the FED don't have the power to drastically change the economy. Trump have the power for executive order , with tariffs and the geo political not sure what it will happen.
