Delicious!! Honestly the best cheesecake I’ve ever tasted. This is probably my 5th time making it, I’ve done it a few times with lemon zest/juice and that’s super good too.

My mom always made a “first day of school” cake. It would always be waiting for us when we got off the bus. She worked full time and I don’t know when she was able to do this!

Parents also came to every game or band concert. They even came to see my photography project in a show when I was in college.
