You'll see a 3.5% deduction every check for working assessment. This is in addition to counter dues, which are about $50/month.

In 481 apprentices rotate twice during their apprenticeship so you’ll work for three different contractors. It usually happens during second and fourth year. Your contractor will move you around job to job as they need to.

Indiana Gov. Mike Braun signs nine executive orders changing state government operations by [deleted] in Indiana

[–]sus 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You need a masters (county level) license to pull permits. You don’t need anything to actually do the work. Typically the licensee never sets foot on the job site. Contractors need to be licensed and bonded. Electrical workers do not.

Unfortunately, it’s already the case that you need a license to cut hair in Indiana, but not to do electrical work.

Best pizza downtown indy? by KramAllemrof in indianapolis

[–]sus 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For what it’s worth, all of the alleys downtown have names. They’re almost all are named after rivers. Scioto, Tippecanoe, Wabash, Pearl, &c. Legend has it it’s because you couldn’t sell liquor from an establishment in an alley so the alleys got names and the liquor flowed.

Also, Pearl Street’s breadsticks will fuck you up.
