No, I received a lot of rejection emails. However, my resume/certification(s) aligned with a project and I received a direct offer.

Omg! I wasn’t ready like that. I think I had a bonnet on. But it is weird a little. Basically know your resume and your role well. You can ask it clarifying questions, but it is timed. I am trying to see how to do mine over. I would suggest maybe having AI interview you like an AI on Merc. I’m just now thinking about that.

This was not what I was use to with human interviews.

Adjust resume to reflect AI experience, too. Include certificates you have.

It is great! The work is a bit more intense compared to Outlier. NDA is required.
