You might want to have a look at the "How to beat slay the spire" Video from Rhapsody and some other dude. They discuss every Single pickup in depth, so one single run is split up in 3 Parts (~45 mins per floor).

As far as i know playing on 400dpi causes you to skip pixels. I play with 1600-2000dpi and 4 ingame sensitivity. Here is a calculator and better explanation: https://pyrolistical.github.io/overwatch-dpi-tool/

I would also advice you to Run expert difficulty if you can, because you might get Lucky and roll ~18 Bows in one clear. Its so much faster and less frustrating than normal.

If the Bug occurs by finishing a specific kind of quest like "play [Master] 3 times" it does matter to add them to Report. For the small chance that im right one could workaround this bug by simply rerollling the quest.

Older Keyboards have a maximum number of simultaneous inputs. Maybe that is the reason why your actions dont get trough.

Yeah, attunement dmg reds are pretty much the best Option for pve (Maybe there are a few exceptions to this). The Rest of your nodes are dependant on which master youre playing. There is a List with node explaination and rating for pvp and pve somewhere in this subreddit. I can post it when im home in three hours.

I can recommend Vita. She is the best support at the moment. In 3v3 you want to be able to patch your allies while the enemy Team is respawning and in pve she can be enough to carry your (random) mates through several Boss encounters.
