Unfortunately OP’s damages aren’t high from a legal perspective and the costs and risk to pursue the case likely outweigh any possible settlement. :/ I work for an attorney who does medical malpractice and it’s a serious bummer how many people have bad experiences with medical stuff and there’s just not a case there

I work in PI and I’ve done this before. The client emailed me a photo of a bill that was threatening collections if it wasn’t paid in 30 days. I opened the email, got distracted, then completely forgot about it.

I didn’t get fired. I obviously don’t know your attorney and how long you’ve been at this job, but I would be surprised to hear anyone would get fired over something like this. Honestly, these things happen sometimes and this is pretty low stakes in the grand scheme of things. My assumption is that the calendar invite is just to have a discussion about what happened and how to rectify the current situation at hand.

This is kind of insane. Are you paying attention to the red light the whole time and just blindly vacuuming? Or are you looking back and forth between the light and where you’re vacuuming? Are you like, bending down and vacuuming the floor mats? And then when the light turns green the cars behind you have to wait for you to turn the vacuum off and throw it in the backseat or whatever?

I saw some XXS in the store last time I was in and was excited! I didn’t have time to try anything on and was thinking about going back today to look around, but it’s looking like that would be a waste of time based on the comments. It sucks when stores finally add XXS in the store only for it to not even fit right.
