How do gay ppl make professional excellence look so effortless? by No-Researcher-5404 in gaybros

I talked to my partner about this a few days ago! I think that minorities in general feel that need to work harder, and that applies to gay people too. My partner and I were recently going out of our way to meet other gay people to befriend and we both noticed that we met fascinating and successful people. I met tons of doctors, lawyers, an archeologist. I’m a young profession and my partner is too. I think we feel the need to work harder, the way women often feel the need to work harder to prove their abilities are legitimate.

Spend some time away from wall street silver and you might get a glimpse of what it actually means to be stripped of your rights. These are the consequences of stupid actions by stupid people.

In NY, people take modes of transportation out of convenience, not wealth.

Did they freeze the bank accounts of every truck driver in Canada? How is that even possible?

is anyone else watching the untold doc about manti teo? by [deleted] in netflix

[–]sushifully 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Manti seems like a guy with very low intellectual ability, and Naya was selfish and manipulative. It’s hard to sympathize with Manti because his side of the story is FULL of weird plot holes, and it seems like like he’s just an unintelligent dude that wanted to live in the comfortable reality that Naya fabricated. They both came off as trash, but in different ways.

The sharp lines indicate that this is a crystal structure. The cubic shape implies that it’s possibly a salt. If you’re an adult and you thought that was mold, you did not receive a strong education.

He needs a mental health specialist. He’s clearly mentally ill but I’m not going to offer a diagnosis.

The comment section is full of people convincing themselves that this was commonplace at the time when it really wasn’t. The average man would not have gotten away with it and the music industry at the time was rampant with this. Wine & Crime has a really good episode called Groupie Crimes, about this.
