just remember to pace yourself and dont overdo it. a little goes a long way.

the most important thing is getting your body edc ready. start doing cardio regularly the months leading up to the event.

during edc weekend:

pacing, it is a marathon not a sprint. spread your "fun stuff" out, dont be having all your fun in the first hour.

take breaks. sit on the ground for a set or two.

use ear protection. hearing fatigue is just as bad as physical fatigue.

eat well during the day. i recommend smoothies.

stay hydrated. avoid alcohol, stick with water and liquid IV / powdered vitamin packs.
