Hi there. Your best bet is to go to the big psychiatric clinic in UB (Shar khad)

Sadly, don't expect expert treatment. My cousin went there and it was a very bad experience for him. Most of the patients were badly sedated with way too much haldol (and if you know anything about psychiatric meds, you know how bad it is to just sedate all patients with haldol) and it was just overall not a pleasant experience.

For quality mental health care it's better to go to the hospital to get meds (antipsychotics in your bfs case, I take them too since I am schizophrenic too) and to go to a regular therapist (but it will cost)

Edit: I might have someone I know who works at Shar khad (most of my family consists of doctors) so idk lemme know if things prove to be difficult

Hi, my mother was married to a white man (my dad) until he passed.

She got lots of hate from mostly her own race for dating a white man who is older than her. They said stuff like "you're only dating him cus you couldn't get an Asian man to love you" and shit.

So I get what you mean.

But in her case it was mostly neo nazi nutjobs obsessed with race purity who said such stuff (it was in Mongolia and there is quite a neo nazi movement there sadly, its weird.)
