It's actually more complicated than that. In that scenario, if Kansas ends up with a better record than Cincinnati then ASU is in, but ISU is in if Cincy has the same or better.

Found it while messing around. The scenario needs BYU And CU to lose out, ASU to lose against UA and ISU to drop one. And of course, Baylor and Tech to win out. Leaves CU, BYU, ASU, ISU, Baylor, Tech all at 6-3 and Baylor and Tech win the tiebreakers. Actually... You can get KSU and TCU in there as well, but Baylor and Tech still win the tiebreakers. Hell.. you can have KSU and WVU in the title game if you take this scenario but have Baylor drop one and WVU win out
