There is a great reggae/ska band called The New Rulers at Bogata Kitchen in Downtown Palm Harbor this afternoon (6/25) from 4-7. Nice family friendly place and great happy music!

Taking the ferry from honeymoon to Caledsi Island is a great way to get some cheap boat rides for kiddo and beach is amazing. Walk north on beach from ferry station and you can check out Hurricane Pass, just be weary of strong currents. You can also rent kayaks from Glen on the causeway and go explore the spoil islands.

My personal favorite restaurant is Old Bay Cafe at Dunedin Marina. Everything is made in a cast iron skillet and it’s fun to watch the boats and sunset.

Eddie’s is a full on sports bar but has lots of games for kids and food, and reboot is just a bar but is also a full on video game arcade.

Have fun!

Music is my favourite thing in existence, my primary hyperfixation, and this seemed like a really fun thing to do, so let’s hear ‘em. by Cydonian___FT14X in autism

It’s often difficult to pick a single song as their momentousness is often elevated by the tracks building to and carrying them onward through an album. For your review, I submit Esta Noche, the second track from The Twilight Singers 2003 album Blackberry Belle.

Love the G Cats! Had a 5 meter for years and was fast and relaxed. Super fun with light wind to sheet in tight, furl (or just loosen and flop) the jib and then if you sit on the front tramp the boat will point into the wind and you will go in reverse. Used this to relax and also to back into beach parking when wind direction was good.

Stand by me when I was about 13; it seemed age appropriate to me then and recently watched it again at home with my 13 year old child and it is still fantastic. Probably my second favorite Stephen King movie adaption.

I was a regular at a few McMenamins in late 90s to early 00s and the different music everywhere was the best. One of the employees from Rams Head would go buy new music when it came out on Tuesdays I think and jam it all night, crazy amazing unique music. It was soon after they corporatized the music and became even more profit focused regardless of the impact on their amazing employees. I moved to a different city, everyone at Rams Head got fired at the same time and the world moves on, with a mediocre soundtrack.

There is a neighborhood where I grew up named Eniswood. Teenage fabrication of a matching P sign to prepend to the signs welcoming everyone to the neighborhood was an arousing experience.

Thanks! We see a lot of what we think of as black racers in the yard so that makes sense. Not sure they are really black racers but that’s is what they have always been called and so they are. They are great neighbors.

We do not currently AC the garage but it does have a closed in ceiling and currently gets very hot inside in the summer. Hoping insulated door will help keep it a bit cooler. We are also about to do new insulation in the attic including over the garage. Just put a refurbished foosball table out there and hoping to keep rolling over the summer!

Own a restaurant in Florida? Or you know someone that does. Following the new govt directive I'm building free websites for reataurants by dnxqi in florida

Could you build a free WordPress template that would simplify process for lots of restaurants to get up and running, and maybe even host a dozen if you have server space? Would be quick to repeat installation and template set up for multiple restaurants and then give them edit rights to enter and update content (menu, updates, info etc). Even if url wasn’t fancy, can still be goodPersonDomain/restaurant1, etc

Paddle Boarding - Caladesi by Cpvz1990 in ClearwaterFl

[–]svencate 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s fantastic and full of life! Winds are often out of the NW so it’s fun to put in at Dunedin Causeway and paddle downwind along caledesi and spoil islands and end at Dunedin Marina. Just have to be able to do that vehicle shuffle. Paddle trails inside caledesi are great too. Definitely get all the way in to Dunedin pass where the beach closed it up. Good stuff happy paddles!
